Cat started practising Pilates after suffering from a spinal injury 12 years ago. From that moment she knew that she wanted to show people how beneficial Pilates could be, not only as a means of rehabilitation, but also for everyday life. She believes strongly that the development of deeper body awareness using the Pilates method can lead to overall health and wellbeing.

Having trained with the Pilates Foundation, Cats approach to pilates is one of release, realign and restoration. Her Intermediate pilates class with an emphasis on functional movements will not only leave you feeling stretched and relaxed, but like you’ve done some work too.

Pilates is a complete body exercise program which lengthens, tones and strengthens muscles to improve core strength, flexibility and muscle balance. Pilates is not only beneficial as a form of exercise to strengthen muscle it can also aid with the following :
