PETER MOORE //
Peter Moore is a Therapeutic Yoga Consultant, massage therapist, British National and world traveller. He teaches tantric yoga, nidra yoga and restorative hatha with a special interest in the science of the breath. He practices chi nei tsang (abdominal massage) and holistic massage. He also teaches meditation, veganism and nutrition.
His innovative approach to yoga has led him to create his own breathing technique and the S.T.A.R (Six Techniques for Accelerated Recovery) yoga program. He is interested in fitness and loves swimming, drinking tea and being in nature.
