I teach slow traditional Hatha Yoga, with an emphasis on the power of the breath, to utilise more of our lung capacity, drawing in more oxygen and prana into our bodies improving our daily and long term health. Classes are suitable for all levels. I have been teaching and practising Yoga for thirty years and have experienced many different styles, finding that I always return to the Classical practice.
