Mark Leonard played a key role in establishing the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, opened in 2008, and pioneered new approaches to teaching mindfulness in the workplace. He was instrumental in bringing better understanding of yoga to mindfulness teachers in Oxford and is now collaborating with Janet McInnes from Leith Yoga in Edinburgh and his son Robin in a new adventure combing yoga, mindfulness and social change, Yoga Changemakers. He's also the driving force behind the Whitstable Secular Meditation Group, which places community at the heart of mindfulness meditation practice.
