Trained in Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga Pernilla aims to empower her students to find balance and strength within. Her classes are playful, breath centred and inclusive. Everyone works from their own starting point.
Pernilla took up yoga due to posture related problems with her back and shoulders and soon realised the many amazing benefits yoga brings. Based in Bromley, South East London, her wish is for all her students to increase their sense of wellbeing both physically and mentally.

As a yoga alliance associate teacher, Theresa teaches vinyasa flow and hatha yoga classes/workshops in Ashford and Canterbury. She specifically likes to focus on encouraging beginners of any age to take up the practice of yoga.
Theresa came to yoga from a non-sporty background and started out not being able to touch her toes, that's why her philosophy is yoga is suitable for everyone. By using props, modifications and a sense of humour she aims to make her classes accessible to as many people as possible.

Join Pernilla and Theresa for a fun filled hour of partner yoga, starting with a general warm up to help loosen the muscles. We will then move into our partner work together.
Working with a partner can provide a different dimension to your yoga practice. Your muscles can relax and stretch while your partner’s resistance helps keep your limbs in the pose. With your partner’s help, you’ll be able to try new poses and find deeper expressions of familiar poses. You’ll challenge yourself physically and emotionally by putting yourself in another person’s hands. Working together leads to bonding and tests your ability to trust. Come with a friend or be prepared to make a new friend!
Suitable for all levels including beginner yogis.
